At Coolflames, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our perfumes, including Amaze, Exotica, Aura, Immense, Ritz, King Gift Set, Queen Gift Set and Jolt. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Only products purchased directly from www.coolflames.co.in are eligible for return. Products purchased through third-party sellers or stores must be returned according to the policies of the respective seller.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Gift cards, promotional items, or products purchased on clearance.
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.
3. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@coolflames.co.in within the return period with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid loss during transit.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
5. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at info@coolflames.co.in with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at info@coolflames.co.in. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
